Process a
Payment

We use Stripe to process payments. Please click the link to pay your bill. Please type in patient’s email address, and the name on the credit card in the corresponding fields on the right. If the credit card holder is not the patient, please type patient’s name in the patient’s name field. You will receive a confirmation after submission.

Balances over 30 days will incur a $20 fee per appointment per billing cycle.
